Bits and Pieces

I just had to revisit the Whooper with the D300 so apologies for the repeat. The Carrion Crow was taken at Trewey whilst out looking for Short Eared Owl and Hen Harrier and the Bewick and Tufty was taken at Slimbridge

Have you ever had SEO at Trewey common?
We have been up there loads of times and never seen any.
    When is the best time?

  3. I haven't seen a Short Eared This winter. I think it was March last year when I saw them and according to some more expert birders you are more likely to see them around that time of year.
    Thanks for the comment Ash.

  5. Lovely shots Sam - LOVE the inquisitive looking Whooper! I think I have a passion for Swans. I just love the close ups and the one above it is a cracker too.
