This is the first outing I have had for a while. Working and helping my youngest with his house has taken up my time. However today I took an early evening trip to Drift to hopefully catch up with some early waders migrating through. I saw four Green Sandpipers and I had reasonable views of a Kingfisher. I managed to grab a couple of images of a Great Crested Grebe with one of its chicks and a fly by Curlew. It looks like the Great Crested Grebes had a good breeding season at Drift.
