Moths

With the spring warm weather the moths are early this year, here are three of many caught last Thursday.

The Emperor shown here are sometimes mistaken for a butterfly as it flits across Heath Moors.

  3. Hi friends,

A moth is an insect closely related to the butterfly, both being of the order Lepidoptera. Moths frequently appear to circle artificial lights, although the reason for this behavior remains unknown. Thanks a lot.....
