A new years resolution is to get out more often with the camera. I went to Drift Dam to photograph the Mandarin duck and dipped. St Gothian was the next place for the Snow Bunting, but it seemed that every every dog walker in west Cornwall was there.

You have done better than me Sam, not picked the camera up so far this year an looking at the weather not likely to for a while yet, the Snow Buntings almost tempted me, but like you said what with the dog walkers, and the lack of parking whenever I drive past thought I would give them a miss until the weather improves. The Blackcap is a beaut as are the other shots, nice reflection on the Egret also.. Happy new year to you both.
