New Garden Tick

Buff Breasted Sandpiper

Photographed by many, I managed to connect with the Buff Breasted Sandpiper at marazion this evening. With the low evening sun the colour of this lovely wader shone through.

Waders

Marazion is packed with waders as everyone knows, the highlight species are a Buff Breasted Sandpiper and a Baird's Sandpiper. Both eluded me but I nailed a few shots of the more common species.This abundance of birds provided good pickings for the Peregrine.
