During the summer we had up to five Hedgehogs at a time visiting the garden, and we were hoping to see young Hedgehogs. This is the only one we have found in the garden, rescued last night. It weighed in on the kitchen scales at 280 grams. To survive the winter, a Hedgehog should exceed 600 grams, if we release it now it would more than likely die, so it looks like we have a overwintering buddy. It is housed in our house at the moment, I am trying to persuade Lisa to house it in the shed. The images were taken with an i phone.
